building the future, honouring the past

Montréal-based property developer Brivia Group was in need of a brand video to celebrate their accomplishments, as well as to celebrate their CEO and founder, Kheng Ly, winning the prestigious Homage Award to a Great Builder (Prix Homage à un Grand Bâtisseur) at the 5th Great Builders’ Evening Gala. Founded in 2000, Brivia Group is present in Montréal, Quebec City, Mont-Tremblant, Vancouver, and the Greater Toronto Area. Driven by a vision to create living spaces in the heart of communities, Brivia’s team is constantly committed to developing the highest quality projects and building a legacy in the communities they build in.

The project comprised a 2.5 minute piece, with on-location filming in Montréal and Vancouver in collaboration with an extended array of Brivia team members. A variant of the video with Chinese subtitles was also created for use in Chinese-speaking Canadian markets, as well as overseas.
