uncertain times call for certainty and safety

In the early days of the coronavirus pandemic in 2020, the general public and businesses alike were searching for clarity and safety. For businesses that were immediately labeled as ‘essential services’, it was imperative that they provide clear outreach to their customers to let them know how that safety was being implemented. Only-Way Cleaning Services, a family-operated carpet and upholstery cleaning company based in Pitt Meadows, British Columbia, wanted to showcase how processional steam cleaning services were an effective means by which to sanitize homes and offices during those uncertain times. In keeping with our own safety protocols of the day, we filmed Only-Way’s owners carrying out their services and combined this footage with simple, straightforward text and graphical elements to create a short video designed for their website and socials.

The end result is a video that demonstrates the company’s efficacy, safety standards, and services to reaffirm to their customers that they were in good hands during what was a very unusual time for customer relations during the early days of the pandemic.
